??"? Scope: Tilt-Up Walls, Slabs, Foundations
??"? Estimating Software: On-Screen Takeoff
??"? Projects: $2M–$20M in scope
??'? Responsibilities:
??" Oversee take-offs, budgeting, and bid prep
??" Manage schedules, submittals, and field teams
??" Collaborate closely with superintendents and subs
??" Lead projects from pre-construction to closeout
???? What You Bring:
? 5+ years concrete industry experience
? PM/Estimating experience in commercial work
? Self-starter with strong organizational skills
? Results-driven and deadline-focused
??'? Compensation & Benefits:
• $80K–$110K+ (negotiable based on experience)
