We are seeking a customer service representative for our Long Island location! This position is within a food service company. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Below are some of the duties that will be performed...

  • Review and correct order file status report, transfer order file for routing
  • Notify customers or sales reps of item "outs"
  • Ensure COAs and Spec sheets are provided to Customers
  • Daily invoicing and credit memos
  • Credit and Collections, Answer calls and direct to appropriate person
  • Research customer and sales inquiries
  • Filing
  • Providing Vacation relief to sales reps
  • Needs experience with spreadsheet software, word processing and 10 key
