St. Joseph seeks a positive, part time person to be a cafeteria assistant.

Know and follow State and Health department regulations and procedures and follows them such as hand washing procedures, wearing appropriate clothing, aprons, hair nets, gloves, etc.
Prepare and serve food items; maintain food service facilities, equipment, and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition.
May need to transport food from Garrett Keyser Butler in personal vehicle to St. Joseph school using the warming/cooling cambros.
Evaluates, instructs, and maintains the highest quality possible of all foods served daily. Properly temping, prepping, cooking, holding, cooling, and storing all food items in a safe and efficient manner.

Abilities required: Be able to lift 50 pounds from the floor to a cart.
