Intern should be seeking degree in Human Resources or Environmental and Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety.  Intern should be in their sophomore, junior or senior year of college. 

Project Objectives:
  • Will work closely with Safety Supervisor to develop safety training for manufacturing and warehouse employees
  • Will develop safety games and implement safety improvements
  • Will work with Human Resources Manager to improve training and development of new hires, and enhance the employee onboarding experience

Major Tasks
  • Job Safety Mini-Games
  • Review environmental impacts of processes and chemicals
  • Develop enhanced onboarding for new hires 
This internship will work 40 hours per week during the summer 2025.

All Interns will present a PowerPoint presentation on what they have learned through their summer internship program.  All presentations will be given in a group setting to Management, Directors, Co-Workers, General Manager and fellow interns in August. Please feel free to apply to as many positions as you are interested in.
