Internship - Supply Chain (Springfield MO)

Intern should be seeking degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering or related field 

Project Objective:
Analyze current inventory levels and turnover rates to identify opportunities for reducing excess stock and improving inventory accuracy.  Identify areas where costs can be reduced, such as reducing waste.  Assist in the implementation of a new supply chain technologies such as ERP systems, warehouse management systems, or automation tools.

Major Tasks

• SKU reduction
• Data Integrity across multiple sites
• RFQ process
• Process documentation
• Cost analysis

This internship will work 40 hours per week during the summer 2025.
Our Supply Chain Intern will gain a working knowledge of procurement in our ERP system, Infor Syteline.  Create work instructions to document daily activities in materials.  Work in Syteline to create searchable terms in item descriptions and any other data fields that may need updated to increase efficiencies in supply chain.

All Interns will present a PowerPoint presentation on what they have learned through their summer internship program.  All presentations will be given in a group setting to Management, Directors, Co-Workers, General Manager and fellow interns in August. Please feel free to apply to as many positions as you are interested in.
