Job Details:
Title: VP of Business Development- (BPO Call Center)/100% Remote 
Status: Full-Time 
Location: Remote anywhere in the US 
Salary: $140 – 160k, negotiable 
Commission: 4% of directly generated sales paid for the first 5 years of each contract.  $300,000K to $750,000K potential the 1st year; uncapped 

Job Summary:
The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for expanding our business by prospecting, developing, and managing potential new clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and demonstrated experience selling BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) call center services into medium and large size companies in the healthcare, government services, financial services, eCommerce, and telco verticals working with senior-level decision-makers.

The Vice President of Business Development plays an essential role in differentiating the Company’s service offerings and selling our value proposition to potential customers. The VP is responsible for supporting the strategy and market development in the key verticals as identified by corporate leadership. He/she will work cross functionally with senior leaders to create and implement comprehensive client solutions that include a clear win strategy. The VP will manage all aspects of deal flow including lead generation, relationship building, negotiations, data collection, decision making, document preparation, deal flow to closing, and successful client hand-off to operations.

Job Description:
o    Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, prospecting new business, sales, and other matters related to new revenue generation
o    Serve as a key member of the Senior leadership team that helps to set the company’s strategic direction and spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy
o    Responsible for identifying, nurturing, pitching, and managing new business relationships to acquire new clients
o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments (i.e., Operations, IT, Client Success) for the fulfillment and execution of account tactics, deliverables, and deadlines
o    Provide market feedback to leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and project development ideas
o    Create and deliver winning presentations, Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and proposals
o    Minimum of 7-10 years previous business development experience in sales or relevant industry/functions including hunting and closing sales
o    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling BPO contact center outsourcing services, non-contact center outsourcing experiences (back office, IT service), as well as digital technology and/or consulting services
o    Bachelor’s degree in related field
o    Thorough knowledge of MS Office
o    Excellent proven written, communication, and presentation skills
o    Ability to make presentations to C-Suite decision makers and cultivate ongoing relationships
o    Self-motivated with the ability to work in an unstructured environment
o    Travel required based on business needs.
o    Experience in the Healthcare vertical selling contact center outsourcing services, non-contact center outsourcing experiences (back office, IT service), as well as digital technology and/or consulting services.
