Job Details:

Title: SVP of Sales- (BPO Call Center)/100% Remote
Status: Full-Time
Location: Remote anywhere in the US
Salary: $+175k, negotiable Commission: 5% in perpetuity, paid monthly, no cap.
First year incentive plan: $200,000 - $500,000 of incremental bonuses based on achieving In-Year-Revenue targets.

Executive Summary of Responsibilities

The Senior Vice President of Sales builds, develops, manages, and monitors the Business Development team and has the primary objective of generating new logo growth, building relationships with Partners including, Brokers, Industry Influencers, and Brands seeking exceptional Customer Experience (CX) to meet and exceed established business development goals. The SVP of Sales will own the end-to-end Lead Gen to New Logo Win cycle for Activus Connect, while partnering with our parent company Tech M to extend the Activus Connect value proposition globally.

General Responsibilities

· Win new logo revenue opportunities.

· Develop, implement, and own a strategic business plan to assess opportunities within the Region and identify the business approach, staffing and resources required to achieve revenue goals.

· Build, develop, manage, and monitor partner relationships to soundly and profitably generate growth opportunities to achieve goals set by the executive management team.

· Establish relationships with partners and align the Business Development team with each partner, establishing goals, SLAs and measurements.

· Coordinate with the Service Delivery organization to identified existing, new and potential partnerships.

· Build, develop, manage, and provide guidance to Business Development Team

· Create coaching, communication, and management routines to train and develop the team.

· Lead regularly scheduled Sales Team meetings.

· Periodically contribute to executive team and marketing meetings.

· Prepare and Conduct Quarterly Sales reviews

· Sophisticated word processing and computer database skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis and operations

· Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organizational levels, ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Leadership of change management including willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines, including extended work hours. and leading the team in adapting in a dynamic change environment

· Exhibit a professional, business-like appearance and demeanor while being personable and down to earth (Corporate Fun v Corporate Stuffy)

 

Education and Experience

· Minimum B.A. in a related field of study (Finance, Accountability, Business Administration), or equivalent relevant experience

· Strong knowledge of the Business Process Outsourcing industry

· Outstanding communication and relationship management skills

· Minimum 5 years of experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to generate sales utilizing productive marketing techniques

· Advanced computer proficiency

· Ability to travel, work flexible schedules, and cover different locations, if requested

· Bilingual English-Spanish preferable
