As a Flex Trainer, you will be responsible for assisting the Training Manager in evaluating training needs and current practices, facilitating training for internal and external clients within the virtual classroom and assisting the Training Manager in maintaining existing training modules, helpers, and curriculum outlines. 


  • Provide training for new and existing employees in the areas of new and existing products and services.
  • Deliver material for various training and communications.
  • Complete department special projects as assigned by the Training and Quality Lead or Director of Learning and Development.
  • Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the WAH Training Department.
  • Assist in scheduling training events and resources within the company.
  • Complete Training Reports at the end of each session and shares them with Stakeholders.
  • Ensure that employees complete all required training and assessments during new product training as well as during any recursive training.
  • When there is no active training session, work with the QA team to complete evaluations.


  • Ability to deliver training materials.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have proven ability to effectively present training materials (both technical and soft skills).
  • Flexibility in hours outside of normal business hours, in line with an exempt position.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Function independently in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects to meet corresponding deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively, and confidently, present information and respond to questions in a real-time environment.
  • Work effectively with team/workgroup, motivate others to achieve and exceed department and organizational goals.
  • The ability to prioritize, maintain flexibility, and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment


  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • 2-4 years of Training Experience
  • Coaching or mentor experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite Experience required, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Desktop or laptop (Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook and Android systems are NOT compatible) 
    • Operation system: Windows 10 or Mac OS Mojave or Newer
    • Processor speed: Dual Core 2 GHz or better 
    • RAM:  4gb or better 
    • Hard Drive: 20gb or better 
    • All peripherals must be wired (wireless keyboard, wireless mouse or wireless headset are NOT allowed) 
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet 
    • 20MB download 
    • 10MB upload 
    • DSL, Cable, Fiber ONLY - (no Wi-Fi or satellite-based service) 
  • For this project, a wired audio and noise-canceling microphone device is required. 
  • Webcam is required
  • Two monitors are required


You will be required to be at your workstation for your shift periods. It is required that you create an environment that is ergonomically sound for your comfort and needs
