JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an on-site position for our Alpharetta, Georgia, location.

We are looking for a dynamic HR Professional who loves working in a fast-paced environment, values innovation and variety, and is a champion for supporting great employee experiences. This position will work in several areas of human resources, including coordinating employment activities, participating in and acting on employee complaints or grievances, administering employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, recommending and coordinating employee training activities, and administering benefits and performance programs.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and all reporting comply accordingly.
  • Advises management on the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Oversees benefits programs such as life, health, dental, disability insurance, vacation, and sick leave.
  • Proficient with Excel and experienced in analyzing and interpreting data to drive people solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience, including employee development.
  • This role will require both critical thinking and analytical insight to drive process, organization, and data-driving decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Strong communication skills with an aptitude for problem-solving 
  • Experience in data analytics with great attention to detail and confidentiality. 
  • Experience working and managing in a virtual environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills 
  • Three years of progressive HR experience
  • Two years of experience in a BPO is highly recommended


PAY AND BENEFITS

  • $55-70K Annual Salary
  • Benefits after 60 days of employment with us 
 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

You will be required to be at your workstation for your workday on-site.
