Flight Test Engineer I (Huntsville, AL)

Education: BS/BA in Engineering (Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or applicable technical specialty in related discipline from an ABET school.
Months/Years of Experience: Entry level
Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship. Candidate must hold an active security clearance or have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired Qualifications: Computer networking skills are highly desired.
Skills Needed: MS Office, Matlab and technical writing.
Duties: Incumbents will serve as a flight test engineer at the Aviation Flight test Directorate, US Army Redstone Test Center responsible for planning, execution, real-time safety-of-flight and data quality monitoring, data analysis, and reporting for developmental and/or operational tests of system integrations on the AH-64E helicopter and UAS testing. Incumbents will be focused on the AH-64E aircraft and UAS testing.
