Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical field from an accredited university.
Months/Years of Experience: Six (6) years or more of experience. Experienced director and conductor of DoD testing with emphasis on short duration prototyping projects.
Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen. Security Clearance.
Skills: Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of software. Accomplished communicator and presenter at all levels of the organization.
Duties: Primary responsibilities consist of system test planning, execution and reporting for assigned test events to achieve the RAPPO's test objectives, as defined by the test plan and applicable test directives. Organize, plan, direct, and track all aspects of testing in support of RAPPO projects at a highly technical and complex level. Prepare test support documentation and submit and track approval within the testing agencies and test centers to include, but not be limited to, ATEC, Aberdeen Test Center, Yuma Test Center, and other DoD test activities. Process and analyze test data to accurately reported on test metrics and desired outcomes. Interface with task and functional leaders to ensure that test events align with the appropriate program cost and schedule constraints. Prepare and present technical and test program schedule briefings to senior program office leadership.
Desired Qualifications: DAWIA Test and Evaluation certification (Level I-III) is highly desired. Experience managing test planning and test events within an Army program office or organization desired.
