• Will lead the wax injection department, managing the operators and daily schedule.
  • Will perform the injection of wax and soluble patterns.
  • Loading wax into press machine
  • Prepare Machine for appropriate injection and cleaning of wax part
  • Must prioritize overall safety and quality in the wax injection department.
  • Operates a variety of wax injection presses.
  • Leads housekeeping initiative with entire department
  • Work with Engineering Department on new developmental parts and establish parameters.
  • Injects various soluble patterns.
  • Injects all sizes, complex configuration wax patterns. Set up and operate all injection presses.
  • Inject basses and gates as required to support wax assembly.
  • Ability to cooperate and work effectively with others.
  • Ability to regularly appear for work.

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience: 2-5 years of working experience in operating heavy machinery [Wax Injection Experience Preferred]
  • Certifications/Licenses: N/A
  • Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  
Ability To read/understand English
Must have knowledge of all tooling (stone molds, injection machines, billets)
Must be able to operate all injection machines and computerized machines
Must have knowledge of all utility functions (various types of wax injection molds)
