Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Eastlake facility team!

The IT Business Analyst is responsible for the management all activities related to the CPP Eastlake facility, with the key areas of responsibility to include infrastructure, manufacturing software, and business.   
  • Provide the functional, analytical, and technical abilities sufficient for support, configuration and implementation of CERP applications.
  • Utilize technical and business expertise to analyze long term requirements for the business systems and make recommendations and proposals to meet business strategies and goals.   
  • Collaborates with the corporate infrastructure team to align plant IT goals and operations with corporate standards.
  • Provide ERP subject matter expertise for all functions
  • Assess current business processes and recommend best practices
  • Manage daily IT activity at plant level including supervision of IT Plant Specialist
  • Provide support and training to users and supervisors on how to use production IT equipment and basic troubleshooting methods and manufacturing application functions.
  • Monitor daily backups and archive and purge historical backups in accordance with Corporate standards.
  • Perform ongoing server & network related maintenance in accordance to corporate standards.
  • Insure the installation, troubleshooting, and upgrade of software for desktops, laptops, and servers based on Corporate standards. Participates in change control requests and approval of requests as needed
  • Manage installation of hardware and software by others
  • Work with plant leadership to ensure corporate IT standards and policies are being followed.

  • A minimum of six years of experience implementation and support of integrated ERP applications (Oracle)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • Thorough understanding of ERP functionality including integration with all supporting sub-systems
  • Understanding of the functional/operational business processes
  • End-to-end project implementation experience
