ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with new hire documentation and on-boarding
- Update employee records and perform HRIS data entry for employee file maintenance
- Assists Supervisors with payroll time and attendance such as hours worked and corrections on electronic time sheets and other records
- Enter data for ongoing personnel changes and performance issues
- Schedule interviews
- Administer testing as needed and calls and/or emails candidates/potential hires
- Verification of I-9 information and complies with E-Verify
- Perform “New Hire” processes for onboarding, orientation, and tours
- Verify and complete benefits enrollment forms for Open Enrollment and new hires
- Examine employee files to answer inquires and provides information to authorized personnel
- Assists employees with payroll issues.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual Spanish (MUST)
- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous administrative/clerical experience
- Strong computer/data entry skills
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Excel and Word proficient
