Job Posting for EVE Sales Order Administrator (1st shift)
Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is currently seeking an experienced Sales Order Administrator to join our team on 1st shift, which is scheduled Monday through Friday at 7:00am to 3:30pm.  This role reports to the Sr Program Manager at our plant in Everett, Washington and is considered a critical member of the CPP-Everett team, working closely with the team to manufacture aerospace components as per drawing. The Sales Order Administrator is a member of the Sales Order Administration Team that works with customers, Program Managers/Administrators, and internal departments to support the sales and manufacturing order processing.  This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales order administrator to join a growth-oriented company that has been in business for over 100 years! Major Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare new sales orders and purchase order changes (POC), to be entered into our corporate ERP system.
  • Provide customer service support by responding to customer inquiries and maintaining customer portals as required.
  • Print Manufacturing Orders as needed, initiate RMA process and prepare preliminary job/run one packets.
  • Support continuous improvement by recommending new policies and procedures designed to make the order, shipping, and billing process more efficient.
About You
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a customer facing role.
  • Previous experience with accessing customer portals.
  • Previous experience in order handling using an ERP system.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting the multiple needs and demands of others.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are important attributes for success in this position.
  • To be a dynamic thinker and problem solver.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently and cross functionally.
  • Adaptability to different customers and the individual demands of each.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize their work.
  • Proficient in the use of standard software packages such as MS outlook, Excel, and Word.
