Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Pomona is currently looking for an FPI Level 1 to join our team! The FPI Level 1 will be reporting to our Operations Supervisor on 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) at our Aerospace Manufactory in Pomona, CA.

Major Responsibilities
  • Process parts for inspection through the penetrant line. 
  • Set up and calibrate equipment such as FPI processing line, PSM-5 panels and backlights
  • Conduct process control tests, interpret, evaluate and document data in accordance with codes, standards and other contractual documents. 
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities through the use of QVS tools such as Systematic Problem Solving, Process Management, Value Stream Mapping, etc. 

  • Education:   High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Experience:   On the job training
  • Be able to take penetrant certifications exams.
