Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Rancho Cucamonga is currently looking for a Product Engineer to join our team! The Product Engineer will be reporting to our Engineering Supervisor at our Aerospace foundry in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Sign on bonus $750 ($350 after 3 months and $400 after 6 months)

Major Responsibilities
  • Create and manage continuous improvement projects & prepare reports documenting results
  • Develop and edit planning in the ERP system
  • Prepare Work Instructions
  • Develop formulas for cost estimating
  • Design gating, evaluate design iterations with solidification simulation software
  • Analyze dimensional & metallurgical data

Approximately 50% time on Shop floor 50% in office

Qualifications:
  • BS in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Materials Science & Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in manufacturing (Investment Casting or Aerospace)

  • Metrology, metal casting,  heat treatment, welding
