Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) is currently seeking a driven individual to join our corporate team as a Sr. HRIS Administrator at our office in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.  This role will work across all of our North American manufacturing plants, partnering with the corporate and site HR teams to repair and improve our HRIS, Kronos/UKG Dimensions HCM/WFM. The candidate for this role may be based anywhere in the US, but they may need to travel to our corporate office and/or manufacturing plants within the US occasionally. Major Responsibilities
  • Lead all HRIS activities for US business units currently using the Kronos/UKG Dimensions HCM system with ~3000 FTE’s
  • Provide recommendations to corporate HR Team and divisional HR teams on system best practices, systems settings and automation integrations within the HRIS environment
  • Act as a project manager when outside consultants are used for overflow and custom system work
  • Responsible for working on various HRIS system issues and change requests, as required from internal customers, using the HRIS helpdesk ticketing system
  • Serve as the application SME (subject matter expert); review reporting options, provide analysis and input in the implementation and upgrade of HR applications and systems
  • Provide a full range of systems administration support and end-user training
  • Ensure common employee records, cross reference tables and systems permissions are configured correctly
  • Special projects, as needed, within the HRIS environment
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree required but candidates with relevant experience will be considered for this position
  • 5+ years of prior HRIS system administration experience within the UKG/Kronos Dimensions HCM/WFM environment
  • Strong MS Excel skills required for this role
  • Experience and skill in troubleshooting systems and performing root cause/corrective action analysis
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the US
