Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in City of Industry is currently looking for a Driver/Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team! This role will be reporting to our Operation Supervisor at our Aerospace Manufactory in City of Industry, CA.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Deliver/Pickup parts and materials locally
- Prepares bills of lading or dray tickets for each shipment.
- Checks and records all items loaded for shipment.
- Upon completion of shipment, closes out orders and forwards document to production planning and accounting departments.
- Maintains other shipping records such as goods returned, returnable pallets, dunnage, packing slips, etc.
- Verifies goods received by checking and counting all items unloaded. Checks suppliers' count and reports discrepancies to carrier and to purchasing office and receives in the system accurately.
- Collects information for damage claims on in-transit damage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma preferred but not required
- Experience1 year of experience preferred but not required.
- Must have a clean driving record
- Bilingual – English/Spanish a Plus
