Full Time Maintenance / Custodial Year Round Position (Fort Wayne, IN)
Hours: Monday through Friday 6am to 3pm, year around.

Areas of Responsibility:
- Regular cleaning of the school, church, and parish facilities.
- Assists with set up of tables and chairs at Parish and School events
- Assists with landscaping maintenance
- Assists with general maintenance of campus facilities.
- Operation and maintenance of custodial equipment including vacuums, shampooers, buffers, mops, etc.
- Assist in all other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager.
- Is organized, responsible, dependable, helpful, and works well with others.
- Solid Communication Skills.
- Honesty and integrity is a must.
- Is able to follow directions and work independently.
- Time management skills
- Works well around children
- Must pass a Criminal Background check
- Able to follow diocesan and parish policy and procedures.
- Must be able to handle various hand tools.
- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, bending.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Must be able to help in cold weather with snow and ice removal.
