Christ the King School--Employee Daycare Provider (South Bend, IN)
OVERVIEW
Christ the King Parish, in cooperation with St. Joseph High School, is hiring a part-time child-
care provider for the children of our teachers and staff during the school year. Applicants
should have experience caring for infants and toddlers in a daycare setting, and they should be
CPR-certified.
Employees would follow the school calendar, providing daycare on any day in which teachers
are working in the school (including in-service and retreat days).
Pay is $14/hr. Employees must successfully complete diocesan-mandated Safe Environment training.

- Loving, rocking, feeding, changing and playing with babies
- Loving, teaching, entertaining, feeding and caring for toddlers
- Tracking children’s play, sleep and nutrition throughout each day.
- Providing developmentally appropriate activities and play for each child.
- Working with and communicating with parents.
