Our Lady of Hungary- Our Lady of Hungary, South Bend - Combined PE, Art, Library (South Bend, IN)

This position will be a consolidated position of art, PE, and library. We are consolidating three specials into one position. The candidate does not need to have a teaching degree, but must have a record of good attendance, ability to multi-task, creativity, and general knowledge of classroom management. These courses will be taught as separate specials, so this position will be required to have lesson plans for all three areas. The chosen candidate will work with the principal and the classroom teachers to develop a schedule that will allow every classroom teacher a time for specials every day. Attendance is a mandatory requirement as our classroom teachers depend on this position daily to allow them time to collaborate and plan. This position requires that the employee be in the building and ready to work at 7:30AM. The day will end at 3:30 or 4:00 depending on need and required meetings. Supervision before and after school may be required.
