We have an excellent opportunity for a Materials Coordinator II to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for inspection, prevention, and repair of semi-complex manufacturing units. You will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Your Solution Partner.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Materials Coordinator II to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for inspection, prevention, and repair of semi-complex manufacturing units. You will report to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain order and organization of the work area including compacting boxes
- Takes ownership of assigned area
- Proficient in several warehouse areas/functions: shipping systems, shipping components, kitting, shortages, receiving, pulling sales orders, wip receipts, locating stock and production support
- Process the data entry duties either on the ERP system or hand held bar code device
- Perform daily cycle counts as needed
- Create repair work order for non-conforming material from production and update work orders notes with parts being replaced
- Process material transfer orders (MTO) for the Georgia and Fremont facilities
- Verify all work to eliminate errors
- Request help when needed
- Interface with internal and external customers
- Maintain warehouse equipment including but not limited to printers, tape dispensers, fork-lift, insta-pak machines and compactor (removing bales)
- Maintain necessary files and documentation
- Follow procedures as established in ELMA’s quality manual
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Reading, writing and basic math skills
- PC literate with experience in MS Word, Excel and database programs
- Forklift certification preferred (may be trained at ELMA)
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 3-5 years related warehouse experience in a production environment
