Our therapists:
- Maintain small caseloads, providing the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of high-risk children and families.
- Provide a range of clinical, advocacy, and concrete services tailored to each family.
- Work with families in their homes and, when applicable, community settings.
- Schedule client sessions at times that are convenient for families, and at times family members most need our help and support.

Competitive Compensation
- Master’s degree: $55,978– $60,456 annual starting salary, DOE
- Bachelor’s degree: $50,890 – $54,961 annual starting salary, DOE
- Paid mileage and paid travel time
- Bilingual salary add-on for some language (5% increase, add-on based on language(s) spoken and service area needs)
- Sign on bonus!
- This is a non-exempt position qualifiable for overtime compensation.
HOW TO JOIN OUR TEAM
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field; OR undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field and at least two years’ experience working with children and families.
- Valid driver’s license, a vehicle in good working condition, and automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements.
- Must reside in Kitsap or Pierce County, WA
- Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs (including some evenings, weekends and holidays).
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check.
- At least 21 years of age.
