Job Summary/Purpose:
The Gemini 3 Group is seeking a Recruiter who possesses life-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
  • Serve as the primary team member tasked with posting of job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, administering employment assessments, and referring applicants to hiring managers for active and contingent positions. 
  • Utilize social networking tools, job boards, and resume databases to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for active and contingent positions.
  • Work in tandem with hiring managers to develop position descriptions.
  • Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Screen candidate resumes and applications assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Conduct in-person interviews and administer appropriate assessments.
  • Utilize an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to monitor progress and activity for candidate pipeline.
  • Make recommendations for hire (or not to hire).
  • Contribute to business development proposal efforts by sourcing Key Personnel candidates and assist with position salary analyses and staffing plans, as needed.
  • Represent The Gemini 3 Group at job fairs and college career days. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills; demonstrate ability and effectiveness in prioritization of multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Outlook and Office Suite.

Required Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement).
  • Three (3) years of experience recruiting for the military or defense contracting highly desired.
  • Experience recruiting for technical positions that require a security clearance highly desired.
