Job Overview: Are you a dynamic marketer with a passion for driving occupancy and fostering community within a medical office environment? As our Marketing & Development Manager, you'll take the reins on all marketing and leasing endeavors, working closely with our administration team to ensure our building remains a thriving hub for healthcare professionals. From strategic planning to physician recruitment, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to maintain full occupancy and foster growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all marketing and communication initiatives, including strategic planning with the board of directors.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for leasing activities, driving occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Physicians Recruitment Committee to attract top-tier medical talent starting new practices, relocating or joining existing practices in our building.
  • Work with our administration team to add, update, and maintain database knowledge about tenants’ plans and future needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Forge partnerships with medical associations to enhance our building's visibility.
  • Develop and manage our online presence through social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Implement innovative marketing tactics to engage target physicians across various platforms.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with physicians and community stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate special events to promote the building and its amenities.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing and/or real estate.
  • 5+ years or more of relevant experience in marketing and commercial leasing.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft applications and other illustration applications needed to efficiently perform the assigned duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with tenants and external network members.
