The Coordinated Specialty Care Program Supported Emp/Ed QMHP Provides Supported Employment and Supported Education Services to CSC First Episode Psychosis (FEP) clients. This position also engages community employers and educational institutions in dialogue aimed at providing employment and educational opportunities for individuals served in the CSC Program.

The Coordinated Specialty Care Program Supported Emp/Ed QMHP Provides Supported Employment and Supported Education Services to CSC First Episode Psychosis (FEP) clients. This position also engages community employers and educational institutions in dialogue aimed at providing employment and educational opportunities for individuals served in the CSC Program.
Examples of Work Performed:
- Responsible for connecting CSC clients to educational and employment resources.
- Provides professionally appropriate advocacy for CSC clients.
- Offers Supported Employment/Education services to participants in the CSC Program.
- Develops strong working relationships with educational institutions and employers throughout the six-county service area.
- Will assist with the development and implementation of the CSC services by participating in training, research, policy and procedure development and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Works closely with CSC Interdisciplinary Team, acting as employment and educational specialist, to achieve client goals.
- Provides advocacy for clients on the assigned caseload to behavioral health staff as part of the care team.
- Performs CSC Navigation and Outreach activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Essential Functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication and telephone skills;
- Must have computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, towards Center employees, clients, and the community;
- Must demonstrate reliability, and dependability as related to attendance;
- Must display excellent organizational skills and time management;
- Stooping, bending, sitting, standing, keyboarding for prolonged periods
- Local travel 40% and 20% Regional travel
- Ability to be CPR/First Aid and PMAB certified
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or clinically related field required
- Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation required
- Prior experience working with Behavioral Health population preferred

Salary: $35,000-$38,500 for Bachelors level/$37,450-$41,195 for Masters level annually DOE
