For specific positions, additional annual compensation may be available to those who are bilingual in both English and Spanish ($1200), regional stipends for certain positions located outside McLennan county ($2500-$5000), Shift Differentials- nights, weekends and holiday, On Call Pay, Shift Pick Ups, monthly productivity incentives

- Many positions require a valid Texas driver's license.
- Once a conditional offer of employment is extended, an applicant will be asked to submit to a pre-employment drug screen at a designated third party site.
