For specific positions, additional annual compensation may be available to those who are bilingual in both English and Spanish ($1200), regional stipends for certain positions located outside McLennan county ($2500-$5000), Shift Differentials- nights, weekends and holiday, On Call Pay, Shift Pick Ups,  monthly productivity incentives

  • Many positions require a valid Texas driver's license.
  • Once a conditional offer of employment is extended, an applicant will be asked to submit to a pre-employment drug screen at a designated third party site.
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered for employment.
  • Positions may be filled when they have been posted for a minimum of five (5) working days
  • Once an application is received, Human Resources then routes the application to the appropriate hiring supervisor.  The hiring supervisor will typically contact the applicant and set up an interview. However, applicants can contact Human Resources at any time to check on the status of an application.
  • Due to the high volume of applicants, not everyone will be selected for an interview and only those selected for an interview will receive a call from the interviewing supervisor or HR.
