Maintain efficient filing system for all center programs through electronic medical records system.  Responsible for scanning, indexing, retrieval, and management of records in the electronic system.  Assist other departments with files, filing and other needs.  Work with other programs and locations within the agency when assigned.  Prepares records for outside requests.

  • Knowledge of generally accepted professional office practices
  • Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner while keeping customer service a priority
  • Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge
  • Ability to work with staff and the ability to communicate effectively both written and oral, face    to face, and through phone contact
  • Ability to enhance a professional working relationship with organizations as well as Center staff  Must be able to meet the essential requirement of regular dependable attendance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and telephone skills
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Must display excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Stooping, bending, sitting, standing, keyboarding for prolonged periods and lifting 15 pounds
  • Ability to be CPR and PMAB certified
  • Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation required

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of clerical experience or experience in crisis services is preferred

Hours: PRN

Salary: $10.00 Hourly
