Heart of Texas Behavioral Heath Network (Previously known as Heart if Texas MHMR)- QMHP-CS I/II-Caseworker CHILD AND ADOLESCENT (Teague, TX)

A Case Manager provides evaluation, consultation and intervention with youth and families within the community. Also participates in conducting psychosocial programming with this population as part of a clinical team.

Experience and Training:

Experience as set forth under Education.
Must have current valid driver’s license and current and continued proof of liability insurance.
Two years of Case Management Preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of emotional problems and treatment approaches
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills/filing and excellent time management skills
Familiarity with computer operation
Local travel 10% transporting clients
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
Work setting is office, school visits, and home/community visits
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Excellent clinical documentation skills

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Salary: $45,000-$52,965 DOE
