A Case Manager provides evaluation, consultation and intervention with youth and families within the community.  Also participates in conducting psychosocial programming with this population as part of a clinical team.

Experience and Training:                    
  • Experience as set forth under Education. 
  • Must have current valid driver’s license and current and continued proof of liability insurance.
  • Two years of Case Management Preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:    
  • Knowledge of emotional problems and treatment approaches
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues. 
  • Excellent organizational skills/filing and excellent time management skills
  • Familiarity with computer operation
  • Local travel 10% transporting clients
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Work setting is office, school visits, and home/community visits
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent clinical documentation skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Salary: $45,000-$52,965 DOE
