Responsible for clinical oversight, administration, and services of the older adult mental health program. Provides direct supervision of all staff assigned to this unit and of all services provided. Responsible for all personnel functions of supervisors including hiring, evaluation, scheduling, discipline etc. Responsible for program compliance with all applicable community standards and contract requirements for CCBHC. Assures all workload measures are met and data accurately submitted. Is responsible for program financial stability including approval of expenditures. Provides clinical oversight of all cases and provides training to assist staff in the development of their jobs in trauma-informed care.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
- Participate in collaborative care staff meetings for assessment, referral, training, and other specified duties as needed to provide trauma informed care for all.
- Responsible for unit financial responsibility. Includes maintaining unit budgets and expenditures.
- Provides immediate response to emergency interventions when necessary.
- Responsible for and authorized to provide agency level Medicaid program planning and policy development including but not limited to participation in UM adverse determination reviews and appeals.
- Responsible for providing routine case management services.
- Responsible for all relevant personnel matters including (but not all inclusive), hiring, evaluations, discipline and training.
- Responsible for ensuring high consumer satisfaction with unit services.
- Two Years of case management experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or related field required.
- Must be eligible to complete necessary requirements to obtain status of QMHP-CS and clinical licensure.
- Considerable knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques and practices of therapy, case management, of older adult population, the functioning of social service or treatment facility community resources and how to use them effectively.
- Must have and maintain a level of general health that permits the performance of work duties.
- Must be able to perform skills necessary for CPR/First Aid and PMAB certification including but not limited to lift or support 30 lbs., ability to kneel on either knee, or stand from a kneeling position.
- Must have ability to supervise two employees.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication and excellent time management and filing skills.
- Must be able to travel locally 25% and transport clients.
- Must have valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
- Must have knowledge of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation/skills training.
