TAY Case Manager provides evaluation, consultation and intervention with youth and young adults in the home, school, workplace and community settings in the McLennan County area. Also participates in conducting psychosocial programming with this population as part of a clinical team.

Experience as set forth under Education. Must have current valid driver’s license and current and continued proof of liability insurance. One year case management experience preferred. Bilingual preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with possible variations
Salary: $45,000-$52,965 Annually **Depends on experience and degree**

- Works with youth and young adults in mental health, home, community and/or office settings.
- Provides case management, skills training, employment assistance and crisis intervention for youth and young adults
- Provides assessment, evaluation and recommendations for interventions and treatment planning
- Refers families of consumers to appropriate social welfare and health agencies to obtain assistance as needed
- Performs other related duties as required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of emotional problems and treatment approaches.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Must have good work habits and organizational skills as well as time management.
- Familiarity with computer operation; Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Must have level of general health permitting stooping, bending, climbing stairs and participating in moderately active recreational activities.
- Physical ability to perform CPR and PMAB skills.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and be able to do clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Ability to transport clients and travel locally 50% and regionally 5% of the time.
- Must have assessment, diagnostic, rehabilitation, and skills training.
