 What You Will Do:
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible setting monthly shipping targets and managing the production of Aerospace Product. 


 Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a production line customer order backlog and ensure on-time delivery
  • Chase material shortages and resolve issues that may impact on-time delivery
  • Measure, communicate, and drive group performance to meet financial objectives
  • Think and Act like an owner, lead daily operations and continuous improvement
  • Drive efficiency and reduce operational cost
  • Use data driven problem solving to make change and meet customer delivery requirements
  • Responsible for hiring, training, motivation of employees
  • Promote a team environment and develop direct reports and peer teams
  • Partner with the sales to support business growth and customer retention
  • Improve the business results and efficiency with standards and process documentation
  • Review and control operational budgets and expenses to improve profitability

Preferred Experience:  
  • 5+ year progressive manufacturing experience
  • Analytic skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel to gather, manipulate and comprehend data
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at multiple levels
  • Understanding of operations processes and principles
  • Previous experience developing and mentoring team members
  • Demonstrated success in achieving budgetary and revenue targets

Salary Range
  • Please note the typical hiring range is  $90,000 - $120,000 annually. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
