ACCOUNTING CLERK
Location: Legacy Dodge Wetaskiwin

Job Overview:
Legacy Dodge Wetaskiwin is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Clerk to support financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role within the accounting department and contribute to the dealership’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing vehicle sales
Calculating & posting sales commissions
Reconciling various accounting schedules
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Assisting with month end and monthly financial statements.
Assisting with AP & AR duties, other accounting duties as assigned.
Administrative Support

Qualifications & Skills:
·       Minimum 1 - 2 years of related financial and administrative experience or an accounting degree.
·       Experience with PBS software would be considered an asset
·       Effective interpersonal and communication skills in order to work with wide number of people, across other departments.
·       Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task and set priorities to meet deadlines.
·       Strong customer service attitude and leadership to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities, performing a variety of tasks and meeting required deadlines
