Parts and Service Advisor - Legacy Dodge Taber

Legacy Auto Group is currently seeking a Full Time experienced Parts and Service Advisor for our Chrysler Dodge dealership in Taber, Alberta. Our team members work closely with each other in a very positive and supportive environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
-Parts or automotive experience required!
-Knowledge of electronic parts catalogue system
-Experience with inventory control
-Excellent customer service skills with retail customers
-Answer inquires and provide information to customers
-Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers
-Sell merchandise
-Receive payments
-Investigate complaints
-Access and process information
-Maintain records and statistics

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Reliability and punctuality vital
