Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
  • Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
  • Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Enthusiasm for communicating our company’s vision and mission to attract strong applicants
  • Subject matter expertise in customer service and candidate/client experience
  • Professional and effective communication skills
  • Expertise with application tracking systems and recruiting software

Minimum Qualifications:

  • · High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • · Related experience in a manufacturing environment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • · 1-2 years of recruiting experience
