Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
- Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Enthusiasm for communicating our company’s vision and mission to attract strong applicants
- Subject matter expertise in customer service and candidate/client experience
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Expertise with application tracking systems and recruiting software
Minimum Qualifications:
- · High school diploma or GED equivalent
- · Related experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- · 1-2 years of recruiting experience
