Job Summary:
The McClure Company is searching for a Sales Representative. This position is responsible for creating a customer base and developing strong relationships.

HVAC Preventative Maintenance Sales Essential Functions:

• Increase and maintain profitable sales by working with prospects and customers to identify their needs and overcome objections through the appropriate application of the sales process and company products and services.
• Create targeted and effective sales presentations, answer questions and objections in an effective and responsible manner.  Aggressively manage proposals to close sales.
• Survey mechanical systems and interpret drawings, equipment and job conditions. 
• Redeem annual booking plan in assigned markets and territory at company-approved pricing standards.
• Increase existing customer maintenance coverage and/or other services by maintaining ongoing relationships and insuring customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport and positive working relationships with office staff, field personnel and management.  Incorporate a team-building philosophy into all company relations.
• Become proficient on the McClure Company sales selling system.
• Other duties as assigned

HVAC Preventative Maintenance Sales experience, technical skills & attributes required:

• Two (2) years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Experience in selling contract services and/or technical sales, a plus.
• Professional, dynamic presence and ability to communicate with people of all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional level.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals.
• Keen intelligence and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer skills.
