Part-time live-in housekeeper/cook Needed.  Pay is $400 per week (Christmas, one year anniversary bonus). Benefits include all expenses paid (food, clothing, traveling with the family), use of the home, pool, spa, theater room, etc. Hours will be 3-5 hours per day. Must have a passport. 

The daily duties:

  • Daily breakfast and lunch and dinner when we are in town and not eating out
  • Daily dishes cleaned and put away 
  • Daily cleaning of rooms and beds and anything that is out of place 
  • Keeping the kitchen and high traffic rooms clean at all times 
  • Bathrooms cleaned and stocked at all times
  • All garbage taken out when full
  • Help with Bella the family dog
  • Making sure the house is always clean and picked up daily
  • Cleaning rooms when a guest checks out or leaves right away
  • Daily dusting when needed 

Twice a week duties: 

  • All laundry including all bedsheets being used  
  • Fold and put laundry away 
  • Window cleaning all through the house both outside and inside 
  • Door and window jams
  • Mopping of all hardwood floors and all bathrooms 
  • Vacuum of all carpet areas with a central vacuum system (very nice and easy)
  • Cleaning of outside area TV room and outside kitchen 
  • Cleaning all furniture and all tables and moving to clean under 
  • Cleaning outside furniture around pool and outside TV room and outside kitchen 
  • Mop outside area TV room 
  • Dusting in hard to get places , TV’s, fireplaces, theater room, office,  etc 
  • Cleaning of all mirrors 
  • Cleaning of all inside refrigerators, stoves, and any appliances 
  • Deep clean on all bathrooms And showers and bathtubs 
  • Sweep and clean floors on garage and entry areas. 

 

Miscellaneous Duties:

  • Keeping a list of all supplies needed  
  • Start a weekly menu for food and buy what’s needed for that menu
  • Keeping a list of food, water, pop, alcohol that needs replaced 
  • Keep the principals up to date on any issues with the home 
  • Help with shopping and parties or guests 

 

Extra money if wanted or had the experience with pool cleaning, massages, gardening outdoor cleaning.
