Full Time Household Manager/Nanny needed for a family expecting their first baby in September 2024. The role will be house management/housekeeper before the baby arrives then transition into a nanny role in December as the family is looking for a long term caretaker for the child. The first three-four months there will be a newborn care specialist helping with the baby. Ideal candidate is a team player, proactive and can help run the household smoothly. Not a lot of experience is required, training will be provided.

  • Pay: $25-$35 per hour
  • Start date: as early as May 2024, ideally by August 2024
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-5pm, with some flexibility
  • Guaranteed 50 hours guaranteed
  • Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays off and paid

Duties and responsibilities:

  • House management duties
  • Laundry
  • Light cooking
  • Vacuuming
  • Cleaning the kitchen
  • Keeping the house organized
  • Cleaning the fridge
  • Childcare when the baby arrives

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Provide 3-5 professional references
  • Must have relevant experience
  • Must have COVID-19, Flu and Tdap vaccinations
  • Show proof of legal right to work in the United States
