Salary - $35,000 - $39,200

Education Requirements -  Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science or be a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor who has a Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science.  Must have at least one year of full-time employment experience working directly with adults in a human service field.  

Duties / Responsibilities - This position delivers support to consumers and providers in the Crisis Residential Recovery Unit (CRRU) or other Residential Recovery Centers.  The Targeted Case Manager will provide support to and advocacy for the consumers within the Crisis or Residential unit program as determined by the treatment team members and individual consumer goals.  Will also coordinate relations among other human services agencies, consult with courts, Department of Community-Based Services, domestic violence shelters, law enforcement and the general public.     

Special Experience or Skill Set Required - Targeted Case Manager must successfully complete DBH approved curriculum of targeted case management training within (6) six months of employment and maintain continuing education hours for certification.  Targeted Case Manager would benefit from working knowledge and understanding of domestic violence, sexual trauma and human trafficking.
