Salary - $35,000 - $39,375

Educational Requirements:  BA in Human Services with the experience or equivalent experiences in a related field.  A minimum of two years’ experience is preferred.                 
 Duties/Responsibilities: To provide case management services to assigned consumers and adhere to all Pathways policies and procedures. 
Skills/Knowledge: Experience in Behavioral Health setting is a plus.  Case managers will display competency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for the job duties.
