Salary - $14.50 per hour 

Educational Requirements:  High School Education
Duties/Responsibilities:  The CSR will demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in all related aspects of Pathways Electronic Heath Record software, including posting daily schedules, verifying and auditing notes for billing accuracy, setting up client guarantors, running the client charge input log daily, and making any/all corrections as dictated by the report.  All other duties as outlined in current job description. 
Experience Required:  Must be experienced in all office procedures, including typing, filing, etc.  Computer experience required / knowledgeable of the operation of all office machines.  

**Eligible for rate increase after 90 days and yearly evaluation based on performance.
