Salary - $39,000 - $43,875

Education Requirements - This position requires an Assocaite Degree or higher in Nursing.  Employees will comply with all supervision requirements of their respective Board.  
Duties / Responsibilities - This position is a supportive medical staff for Outpatient offices.  Responsible for performing physical assessments, vital sign collection and associated documentation and preparing consumers for appointments with the prescriber.  The LPN assists the Prescriber as necessary including injections, sample collections and medication reconciliation.  

Special Experience or Skill Set - Two years of experience working with Behavior Health preferred.
