Targeted Case Manager (West Liberty, KY)

Salary - $35,000
Educational Requirements: BA in Human Services
Duties/Responsibilities: The Targeted Case Manager will provide support, linking, and advocacy for the consumers within the transitional living facilities and assist in providing a safe, secure, environment.
Skills/Knowledge: Experience in Behavioral Health setting is a plus. Case Managers will display competency in working with computers and electronic devices. One years’ experience in case management.
