Salary:    Associate Level License - $55,000 - $61,875 (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT)
                Independent Level License - $65,000 - $73,125 (LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT)


Education Requirements:  This position requires a Licensed Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling (or in process of obtaining licensure) or Nursing. Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center is preferred but not required. Employees will comply with all supervision requirements of their respective Board. 

Duties/Responsibilities:  Will provide psychotherapy to individuals  referred for having substance use or emotional issues.  This position may include working with the individual's family and or providing group services to the individual or families of individuals.  The therapist will adhere to all Pathways policies and procedures.  This person will be able to demonstrate and consistently practice competency in the skills, knowledge and attitude as outlined in Addiction Counseling Competencies: The Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes of Professional Practice (CSAT TAP #21, 2006).  

Special Experience / Skill Set Required: Experience in working with SUD clients and Independent License preferred.
