Salary:     Associate Level License - $45,833 - $51,562 (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT)
                 Independent Level License - $54,166 - $60,937 (LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT)
                 10 Month Contract ($45,833 - $60,937)     

Educational Requirements:   This position requires a Licensed Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychiatric Certified - Registered Nurse, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, or a Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Therapist must comply with all Kentucky Administrative Regulations and CEU requirements of their respective licensing Board. Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center is preferred but not required. Employees will comply with all supervision requirements of their respective Board. 
 
Duties/Responsibilities:  Will provide psychotherapy to individuals referred to having substance use or emotional issues.  The therapist must have an independent license to practice or be under supervision to practice independently.  This position may include working with the individual's family and/or providing group services to the individual or families of individuals.  The therapist will adhere to all Pathways policies and procedures. The school-based therapist must maintain a caseload of consumers and complete accurate, current records of that caseload. This includes the Diagnostic Screening Assessment, Health Assessment (initial and annual), Bio-Psychosocial Assessment (initial and annual), Treatment Plan, Treatment/Service Plan Review, Continuing Care, and Termination Summary. The school-based therapist will participate in regularly scheduled staffing, case conferences, and consultations with other staff, as needed. All other duties outlined in current job description. 
 
Skills/Knowledge:  Experience in Behavioral Health setting is a plus. Outpatient Therapist will display competency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for completing their tasks.  Have excellent writing and communications skills.  

Work Schedule:  A minimum of 37 1/2 hours a week is required for the position of outpatient therapist.  The specific work schedule will be negotiated between the Therapist and Area Director.
