Pathways Inc.- Targeted Case Manager (Greenup, KY)

Salary - $32,000

Educational Requirements: BA in Human Services with the experience or equivalent experiences in a related field. TCM certification required.

Duties/Responsibilities: To provide case management services to assigned consumers and adhere to all Pathways policies and procedures.

Skills/Knowledge: One year experience in Behavioral Health setting. Experience working with both the Severely Mentally Ill (SMI) and Substance Use Disorders (SUD) Case managers will display competency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for the job duties.
