Salary - Associate Level License - $57,750 - $70,000 (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT)
Independent Level License - $65,000 - $76,781 (LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT)
Educational Requirements: This position requires a Masters in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Nursing. Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center is preferred but not required. The Clinic Director must comply with all supervision requirements of their respective boards and must be in the process of obtaining independent licensure, if applicable.
Duties/Responsibilities: The Clinic Director will function as the clinical leader for the assigned area. This will include but is not limited to, MH and SA, Peer Support Services, Targeted Case Management, Community Support Associates and Therapeutic Rehabilitation Services. This position requires someone who is a self-starter, motivated and possesses strong clinical (both MH and SUD), communication and leadership skills. Additionally, the candidate must be able to manage their time effectively, be able to follow-through with assigned tasks and demonstrate acceptable documentation skills.
Required Experience: Experience in supervising outpatient, inpatient, or residential Behavioral Health setting is a plus. Clinic Leads will display competency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for completing their tasks, written and oral communication skills, as well as conflict resolution.
