Salary- $17.00 - $19.13

Educational Requirements:  
This position requires a high school diploma. Proficient use with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, & Outlook) is required. Further education is preferred.
 

Duties/Responsibilities:  The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the business functions at each of Pathways offices.   These functions include administrative support to clinical staff and consumers, facilities oversight and administrative supervision of Customer Service Representatives. 
 
Experience Required:  Experience in supervising in outpatient, inpatient, or residential Behavioral Health setting is a plus. Customer Service Managers will display competency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for completing their tasks, financial management, written and oral communication skills, as well as conflict resolution is essential.
