Salary - $32,000 - $40,000

Educational Requirements: 
High School Diploma required, Bachelor Degree in Human Service Field preferred. 
 
Duties/Responsibilities:  Professionally connect with employers on behalf of the individuals with disabilities seeking work.  Assist individuals in developing career goals, skills training, job readiness and other activities related to supported employment.  Provide on the job training and coaching to individuals at their job sites.    
 
Experience Required:  Experience in employment / education support services.  Must complete Supported Employment Training within 6 months of hire date.
